The 64 bit doesn't appear in my PP 2003 and the 32 bit says the downloaded folder is not recornised (tried several times) shame it look good and could use this but wasted my time.

Please uninstall all previously instaleld versions of the product and install only 32 bit version (PPT 2003 is 32 bit).
