Offering business software and then prohibiting its use as business software in the license makes criminals out of the US (and most other) visitors who use it.
There are many ways to use iSpring Presenter for personal and non-commercial purposes.
For example, you may create a funny slide show to your girlfriend or boyfriend on St. Valentine's Day, or make a quiz for your child. Or at least you may create a presentation about yourself and publish it in your blog.
If you find the product to be useful in your business/work you may just purchase a business license. It is not prohibited.
